Many customers did my free picture hair color check after ordering and the hairpiece comes in more and sometimes even other colors than the choice shown beneath the star rating. Sometimes even the hairpiece choice has changed, then the link leads you to the hairpiece shown in the customer picture and not to the one in the little preview picture at the bottom of the review.

This customer is right, I do seal each and every single strand of yarn at its end to give you long-lasting yarn falls that do not unravel or give off fluffs when you wear them. Many customers use Magic Tribal Hair yarn falls for years which wouldn't be possible with unsealed yarn ends. The disadvantage shown in this customer's picture is true but only that visible on very light colors like white, cream, ivory and beige. It hides very well on dark and colorful yarn falls!

I value the overall picture, so you will find reviews left for Magic Tribal Hair on Etsy and reviews from our European shop www.magic-tribal-hair.com here as well. The website accepts reviews with text only, because simple star reviews do not tell you what someone especially likes about the product or even what made them leave a bad review. Hence only reviews with text are imported from Etsy and shown here.
All reviews are shown in their original language, English, Spanish or French. Etsy automatically translates to the viewer's language, which does not always work out properly. So I decided to show you the genuine version in original language here!
Why are there more reviews in our European shop than here?
Our European shop collects reviews in more languages, but I don't think reviews in German, Dutch, Swedish etc. are important to customers in the United States, Canada or Australia, so I left them out here. This also means that the review score here differs from the review score on the European site.
Information for U.S. customers about 15 % tariff fee for orders placed after August 22, 2025!
The current administration has decided for a 15 % tariff rate for parcels that enter U.S. customs from August 29, 2025. This low 15 % rate applies to all parcels with items manufactured in the EU - Magic Tribal Hair and I are located in the EU country Germany and I handmake all items to order, so it's 15 % tariff you need to pay in future.
Parcels that pass customs before August 29 will still be tariff-free!
To ensure this, I have these order deadlines sorted to your preferred shipping option for you:

These are usually displayed as "rush my item"-options in the shop, but you do not have to add them this time. I will put in night shifts to handmake your order and ship it in time for it to clear customs tariff free before August 29!

Free shipping from $ 95 will be paused for U.S. customers from August 19, 2025
The free shipping offer refers to the lowest cost shipping which is USPS priority shipping at $ 9. I have to pause this shipping option and as a consequence the free shipping offer, too, to avoid you being overcharged with a pricy USPS $ 80 flat rate tariff fee! This is the fee USPS charges for small value parcels because they haven't stablished the correct percentages per country in their system. The administration has given them 6 months to do this installation and as soon as they have I will offer USPS shipping again and turn on free shipping from $ 95 again for you, of course. You will still see the free shipping hint on items over U.S. $ 95, because this is linked to the item price and still available for customers for example in Canada, Australia, Japan...
Is there a tariff flat fee of pricy $ 80 for a small order?
Yes, but you are not charged this high flat fee when you order from Magic Tribal Hair!
These flat fees are raised by the United States Postal System only, because they are not able to process the correct percentages in their systems, yet. They have 6 months to establish the correct calculation. This is why I will ship through UPS only until this has been resolved, you pay 15 % tariff only in future!
For an order of value $ 100 you pay 15 % tariff or in money $ 15. That saves you $ 52 compared to the flat rate tariff of $ 80, the highter UPS shipping costs of $ 22 (compared to $ 9 for USPS priority) already included.
Why does the buyer have to pay the tariff?
Just like a sales tax a tariff is always paid by the buyer. Unfortunately there has been a lot of misinformation recently, but tariffs cause higher prices just like taxes. All we makers can do is provide you with the most current information and choose shipping providers that do not overcharge you with pricy flat fees.
