*Please note that UPS requires a street address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Prices apply if your location is not on the UPS remote area list for extra charges which seldom happens. If so, I will contact you and you can choose to either pay the upcharge for remote areas or I will ship priority and refund shipping overcharges if appliccable, so you do not risk anything if choosing UPS shipping in first instance!
Regular priority shipping is FREE worldwide for all orders value US $ 75 and more!
You get free priority shipping (including tracking at www.usps.com for U.S. customers) and insurance for all orders value $ 75 (sum of all items in your cart).
Shipping costs $ 9.00 for all orders below $ 75 except hair color swatches which we ship for free as well and gift cards which you receive as PDF file through e-mail.
Please understand that all shipping times displayed are the times experienced during the pandemic since summer 2020. They also applied during peaks in the 2020holiday season. However it might take a couple of days longer now and then. So please contact me before placing an order if you need an item very urgently for a special event, so I can doublecheck if this is doable!
FAQ - Shipping
What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
Naturally we will make and ship your order again in this case or refund you, in case you ordered a discontinued item and in which case we cannot make another one for you. Since all our parcels are insured and can be tracked, the postal services handle them carefully and it is easy for us to see if something gets lost and to reclaim our expenses from the postal services. On the other hand this means that the risk is very low, we've had 1 lost parcel within the U.S. since 2009 only!
When will I get my order?
All our items are handmade to order, you find the processing time per item on top of the item description. Add shipping time of the shipping method you picked to see when you will get your item! If you are ordering several items, the processing times do NOT all add, but we minimum need the time of the item with the longest processing time in your order plus 3 business days to make all your items. Please contact us for any questions about this or when you need your item for a special occasion!
If regular delivery time is too long for you: Rush orders are sometimes possible at additional costs, please check our rush offers or contact us if you are late with your order.
Do you accept returns?
Please understand that our items cannot be returned because they are customized i.e. hair pieces are custom-matched to your own hair color. So they are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Moreover most items cannot be returned due to health code laws as well, because we are not able to tell whether a hair piece has been worn or not, so we are not allowed to resell it.
