This messy style headband model is about 7 cm/ 2.8 inches wide and 3-3.5 cm/ 1.4 inches thick/ high. It is a gorgeous halo braid in messy look and will look like you have braided your own hair around your head but you save so much time because putting the headband on doesn't even take a minute! Plus you can still wear your own hair down with this headband you are about to double or triple the amount of hair on your head, depending how much hair you have, of course.
Professional Slip-Stop!
This braided headband tiara of synthetic hair has our professional slip stop like all our wider headbands. This slip stop provides high wearing comfort, because it makes the headband stay in place. Moreover it makes your braid headband a long life item, because the friction when putting headbands on and off would pull out too much hair too quickly without such a supportive layer. Naturally the slip stop cannot be seen when you wear the hairband as it is on the inside only! Our slip stop is similar to the one of hold-up stockings or strapless bras.

The braided headband comes with a generous elastic part, so it will not be too small. If the hairband is too big, you can simply and quickly sew it smaller by hand with just a few stitches on the elastic part! Did you know that headbands slipping to the back of your head usually simply are too small for your head? Most women who know this problem assume that the shape of their head causes the headband to slip, but in most cases the headband is just too small. That is why we have you adapt the fit and deliver it rather a bit too loose than too tight!
We only use Kanekalon hair - best quality in synthetic hair!
Kanekalon hair has a real touch feeling, a natural shine and is very carefree. You can wash your headband in lukewarm water with a mild shampoo. Put the shampoo in the basin and let the headband soak in the shampoed water, don't rub or squeeze it. Put it on a thick towel to let it drip-dry.

Hair Color
Your hair color can be matched perfectly including highlights, lowlights and all shades, because all braided headbands are made to order exclusively! One's own hair usually contains 2-3 colors (only dark hair often consists of 1 color only), hence we include up to 3 colors in the price. Headbands should be matched to the upper parts of your hair only, because that is the part of your own hair they meet when you wear them.

How to give us perfect color instruction in 3 steps only, with the help of the menus above
The price includes a custom mix of up to 3 basic colors, a fourth or fifth color can be added at extra costs. Some special colors also cost extra, you will see this in the menu.
1st menu HAIR COLOR, choose your colors or enter "advice needed".
Press Ctrl and click all the colors you wish to choose for your hair piece. If you need more than 3 colors, choose the upgrades 4th or 4th and 5th color from the drop down menu, so the extra fees are added. If you forget this, we will send you a manual invoice for the extra fees and delivery will be delayed, because we can only start making your hair piece after this second invoice has been paid.
Option: If you want to make your purchase, but still need our support in choosing the best color match, choose "Advice needed!" instead. In this case delivery time cannot be met, because we can only start making your order when all information is complete. If extra costs because of a 4th or 5th color or special colors occur, we will send you a manual invoice and delivery time will only start after payment for this second invoice has been effected.
2nd box for optional color proportions "Insert proportions for colors if desired here"
If you wish more of one color and less of another use the little message box to insert desired proportions (e.g. 2/3 of color 8 and 1/3 of color 30). When you leave this box free, we will use equal proportions of all colors.
3rd menu "details for color mix"
Tick one of the checkboxes. If you wish several colors in a fine blend and one to be added as highlights, use the message box for proportions to tell us which one the hightlight color is.

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered 3 color blend and rec'd a solid color product. Melanie is not interested at all to remedy her lack of quality control of what actually gets shipped out. It is very frustrating. I don't understand how she can operate like this. I see other reviews like this - just have to look for recents and one star reviews -- which I did not do -- BUYER BEWARE. I AM NOW PERSUING CREDIT CARD DENIAL. SHAME ON YOU MISS MELANIE --- what abuse. All she cares about is her etsy rating being timely but not in delivering what she is selling.

Thank you for sharing a picture. You received exactly the color blend you ordered: 55% color 30, 35 % color 130 and 10 % color 12. I also asked you how I should blend your colors, in a highlight mix OR in a fine blend where all colors melt together to a new color. You chose the find blend. I blend the colors by hand so the blended shade is not 100 % solid. It's an in between shade of the major colors 30 and 130 with single hairs in minor color12, see also your picture. I take great pride in all Magic Tribal Hair products I handmake to order myself; from color blend and hair texture to the final hair piece. I ensure all customers receive excactly their personal order. The only thing I cannot control is customers making wrong color choices. I offered my picture hair color check help though, but you rejected it.

The low quality of the buying experience cannot be stressed enough. I found her to be rude, difficult & childish; very unprofessional. I can't speak to the quality of the piece because I sent it back & had my bank & credit card flip the charges, but I would warn others to stay away as the ensuing drama post purchase regarding her "hair matching" option is not worth it.

Jan 13 Karen ordered a custom color mix without entering the required details into the personalization box. I bent backwards to get the color details so I could make her piece. After 2 weeks, nearly 40 messages and several pictures for color matching (none of them taken to my stated instructions) I matched to the best one to put a good end to this. She was angry, because she wanted to keep messaging and sending pictures (I need 1 only). Upon shipment on Jan 31 she requested cancellation. I received many strongly worded messages until delivery on Feb 9. She opened a not-as-described case on Feb 22 and added she hadn't opened the parcel and wanted to return the piece, because she didn't like me. When her case got rejected without a refund on Feb 23, she left this review. It's March 16 now, she has not returned her order.
Gorgeous head band big braid so happy with my purchase, she has a lot of patience and care into her products.

Just in case you haven't read my in structions for use and care that came with your hair pieces, yet: Please do not store them in the plastic bags but put them in paper boxes! To me it looks like you didn't take your hair pieces out of the bag upon receipt, so I wanted to give you a heads up here. I will also send this to you as message to make sure you won't miss!
